I think if Sengun hits the regular paint shots he regularly hits and Jabari hits the regular good looks he usually hits this game would have been a easy win. Sengun missed finishes at the rim he pretty much is automatic with any other night.

 

Well this game was a toss up game so this loss hurts less, good thing we came with W against Lakers who will be our competitor for play-in

 

I lowered my expectation since we lose Blazers in the home and but I still ask myself that why am I watching this ****?
There are too many useless guy in the lineup but FO looks like very comfortable with situation

I'd make a calculated guess and say the few on the ignore list are the only ones who won't admit it.

 

Precisely, too much inconsistency throughout the season.....too many inconsistent guys on the roster.

 

Agreed. There was a lot of normal looks that guys didn’t make. Weird game.

They showed up. Everyone did the job they were asked to do tonight.

You should be questioning why the job is to go away from an efficient offense which is proven to win games, and force feed someone which is proven not to correlate to wins.

I hope we trade holiday. I like the guy and all but we gotta force ime to play cam and amen and play with more size.

 

In an era when 20 dudes are shooting 42% or better from three, it would be nice to have at least one one of those guys

Heck our only guy who shoots over 40% is Holiday and he's almost unplayable due to his other negative traits

 

So the guys played with incredible energy to beat the Lakers, far surpassing most other games. And then we had nothing in the tank for the Pels. With so many young players, the game to game swings are so big.

But credit to Jalen Green. He had his game tonight. That's the only redeeming thing from this game.

 

I’m going to ignore the +/- today, because I know Holiday had the highest on the team—but I truly believe he was mostly just running around and occasionally being a pest, maybe. He offers no rebounding, his shot hasn’t been falling, he misses fast break passes and sometimes falls asleep on defense, and he plays like he’s a good scoring option on our team without any of the scoring ability. Why is he getting rotation minutes over Amen or Cam? What did he bring us today? I hate being a hater, but tonight I feel like I’m a hater

 

They young so its normal, I dont expect bari and sengun being this bad as they were tonight. Even JG struggled earlier in the season. When they all click we will be great. Just like in that LA game.

We do however need better 3 pt shooters and a legit backup big and not jeff green playing the center position.
