32-12 (.727) currently. This is more work than I want to do currently, but I'd be curious how that stacks up against the other couple of better conferences.
-4.5 for Houston tonight. When a team loses the previous game, then plays at home, I think they’re likely to have a good game (if they have a decent coach). I wish Texas had beaten BYU. Both teams are playing on two days of rest. Feel like Shead and Roberts got a decent amount of rest in the second half. Hope the officiating isn’t terrible.
It’s seriously insane. College hoops is a lot about getting hot at the right time. I’m a Baylor grad but love the Coogs and went to UH for law school. My son is the biggest Coog basketball fan I know, and he’s already forgotten more about basketball than I’ll ever know. When Cryer left Baylor for UH, I thought it was a perfect fit. If Cryer gets hot at the right time in March, look the **** out. I would absolutely LOVE to see it!!!
I was disappointed we couldn’t see a 100% healthy sasser go to work in March. Cryer is a completely different player than sasser despite both being snipers. Hopefully by then UH can reap from his experience. Everyone on the staff and locker room believes in cryer. He fits in But it’s still a work in progress. But it is expected as UH is totally different from Baylor. And we saw it took a couple seasons before Grimes fully adjusted coming from Kansas.
Can shead come back for 1 last year. Sigh I’m Going to miss seeing this dude running PG. just a flat out star on the court

Anyone notice after that last TX basket the clock operator continually ran the last 4 seconds right off the clock? Rewind and watch, strange
In college basketball it’s a running clock in the 1st half after a made fg. Unless it’s a usual foul, out of bounds, timeout, some kind of violations etc. then yeah it stops. That’s why KS was motioning for them to go and hurry. It only stops in the 2nd half with under a minute left if there’s a made basket
