It sure does when reality supports it. It’s always telling who stupid players have as bootlickers. They’re as dumb as they are. Never fails.
Lopez shoots over 34% from three for his career. At the current rate I'd be surprised if Sengun ever tops 30%. I don't think 3 pointers will ever be a reliable part of his game, but free throws definitely should be.
It's so funny to me that this is a anonymous online sports chat but some people are riled up enough to resort to name calling. It's not that serious.
I don't really know for certain that whether Sengun is gonna have a reliable 3pt shot in the future or not, but I think it wouldn't be accurate to reach to conclusions based on a poor shooting stretch.
He's a career 28% shooter and trending downward. The only time he has ever passed 30% was on extremely low volume (less than 1 a game). So it's not just a "bad stretch", his career numbers suggest three point shooting likely won't ever be a dependable facet of his game. But as I said, I do hold out hope that he'll become a more reliable free throw shooter. His form looks fine so I have to believe it's a mental thing.
I think it becomes hard to analyze when the volume is that low. Neither negatively nor positively. I definitely agree that FT is a mental issue for him. He is still super young and has lots of room to develop, so I hope he'll get better at both.
It’s telling which fans don’t understand the game and rely on emotions and judgement feigning knowledge and too lazy to do in depth analysis. Not to mention bitter and hateful
I think what we are seeing is Ime i starting to show his warts a bit, he is really good at setting the tone and culture but his play calling and rotations are still a work in progress. Just looking at the boxscore FVV was terribad and maybe if he didn't play 30 mins in a 30 pt blowout win the game before he'd be a lot better this game. Why'd he play 40 mins and Amen only 15? Anyway tbh I don't care that much this season, we already achieved our goal for the year. It just sucks this is important for the Rox pick next year.
how the F that zebra missed the foot outta bounds right in front of him brooks was shaking his head the next 5min and that basket ended up being the difference in the game
That was a bad call, but I think they tried to make it up by calling the foul that sent Alp to the line with a chance to tie.
Yup this was ridiculous. NBA refs make anticipation calls way too often. I think Udoka even went to the ref and said we're not going to foul just to get ahead of it, and they still did it. But Rockets should not have been in that position. Really awful what's been happening with our defense and the wild shots these guys take at times. This loss was earned.
I think Ime is still learning as a head coach, in terms of experience he’s not had a ton, and I believe that he will keep improving alongside our squad. Fred is also showing his warts as the season progresses, but as long as we learn and grow, I’m alright with whatever happens this season. I still believe we will compete for a play-in spot…****, if we were in the east we’d easily be there
He’s a hater and nothing will make him happy…. He will always complain about something, one of the killjoys in this fanbase currently “Jalen gets better playmaking” - well he’s not rebound “Jalen gets better rebounding” well it’s taken him 3 years just a negative Nancy
