Sometimes awareness is important. Green is shooting 19% this month on 3s and over 50% on midrange. A smart player would take the mid-right while Green needs to dribble back and brick. It's hard to teach BB IQ.
Even championship teams lose B2B games and drop games to teams they have no business losing to. Losing to Brooklyn on the road on the end of a B2B sounds about right to me. This isn't some team challenging for a top 4 seed. This is a team challenging to squeak into the play-ins and a team still playing better than expectations. Every night won't be pretty. They don't have the talent to just win by talent yet. That's the hard truth of it.
