Good game from Jalen tonight.

An actual good game from Jalen - not the 'took a hell of a lot of field goals to put points on the board' kind of good game he typically only ever has.

Hoping it's come at the most opportune time and it clouds some other GM's judgement.

Not slandering on Green's game today when I say the below, but:

Cam Whitmore needs to be our starting SG.

And Amen needs to start getting consistent real-game minutes. It's getting kind of frustrating that three straight games now he's chalked up an easy assist to Sengun just by moving to the basket off ball, and not a single other teammate can do that.

Meanwhile Dillon can't help but erase assists from teammates.

 

It must be akin to being a Rocket in a road game

 

I have posted nothing that said im not happy the Rockets won. These are the leaps you guys take whenever a logical discussion of Green comes up. This is like when everyone here was so hyped for KPJ and I was one of the few being called a hater for thinking it wont turn out well. Clutchfans never learns lol

 

I'm not accusing you of saying you're not happy, I'm just thinking that it seems like you're not based on the fact that you'd rather focus on Jalen than the Rockets snapping out of their funk after a few awful losses.

If you've seen any of my posts, I'd hope you'd see that I'm usually pretty level-headed when it comes to Jalen, which is why I get along pretty well with Bobby, or DTS, or whomever is usually labeled as a Jalen Green "hater". I don't think I've taken any weird logical leaps, but in my opinion you've gotten a little bit of Jalen Green tunnel vision tonight.

I'm not there with you, so it's not like I can know how you actually feel, I'm only going by what I can read from your posts, and from the posts it doesn't seem like you're enjoying yourself all that much

 

Thats my point they played the Hornets this is not a sign of snapping out of a funk lol Whats telling is Jalen doing the same things but its just successful against the Hornets. If he shot like 5 of 7 from 3 I would be like damn maybe he is getting his shooting back no he's getting past the defenseless Hornets. Nothing has changed its just the Hornets.

 

That's a very fair take but we also lost against the Blazers at home on their second night of a back-to-back, which literally made me want to pull my hair out...so in my mind it's got to be some sort funk being snapped. I don't mind having a difference in opinion over that, though.
