Most recent annoyance. When there is a green light but you dont block the intersection, and the guy at 90° to your right thinks that its an invitation to right-turn-on-red into the open space. And as a result you have to wait another light cycle when the light turns red.
I remember seeing Return of the Jedi in the theaters. Each main character got a standing ovation when they first appeared on screen. I was shocked!
This is going beyond annoyance but the last few days have been just having a host of problems involving Microsoft products and my business. Ran into an issue with Outlook the other day. Found out that Microsoft is charging us twice for Teams. I've been using one account to use Teams yet there apparently is an older account in my name that was being charged to my company staring in November. What is worse is that we can't access that account as it keeps on shutting us out. First it rejects the email address that it sent a receipt to. Then when we tried a different access it asked for us to install the MS Authenticator (which cost us $40 to subscribe too) but that refused to scan the QR code we needed and then locked us out of the account. An IT guy who often helps us on this stuff is baffled. Have told our bank to stop payment on the charges so hopefully that fixes it. F*(% MICROSOFT!
Back in the day when I was in my late 20s, I would participate in a community choir and we normally would do as one of our songs, the Hallelujah Chorus from Handel’s Messiah - it is so stupid and annoying for the people in the audience to stand the whole time. This isn’t the national anthem - yes it’s a great piece of music but I am sorry it is not worth standing for the audience.
I'd say my number one irritant, by far, is logging in to the myriad of our shared family accounts when somehow they get logged out. I don't know what the ****ing password is, you changed it when? Why am I doing this now? Oh, I need a code. It got texted to which email or phone? Where the **** is it? Oh, the service is late, code hit my inbox after five minutes, not instantly like every other service. Oh, there are sub accounts now for the kids, different password that I set once (easy for them to remember and I told them but of course no one remembers it) that I have to log in to and figure out where their password change is buried in the settings.
Seeing Dan Campbell turn into Hal Mumme/Lane Kiffin/Steve Spurrier and f*ck his team in the ass with those two boneheaded decisions.
Yeah bro. That's fine and dandy when you're using one device with one OS. Nintendo, Roku, Roblox, Android, iOS, Windows, Fire TV stick, random apps... I'll love you forever if there's an elegant solution.
A few years ago, we got my boys a couple of Nintendo Switches for Christmas. We had to go through the whole sign up for an account, set up a login, have password emailed nonsense not once, but twice. I finally told them they were going to have to figure it all out because if I spent any more time on it, I was going to start taking hostages.
Yeah Nintendo’s account setup is massively convoluted. Forgot Xbox in my list up there. It’s even worse because Microsoft wants unified accounts until it doesn’t.
People at work who insist on IM'ing or calling me with routine questions instead of just emailing. Fun fact, I just turned off my IM system and told everyone it's down. It's not really down, I'm just tired of you guys IM'ing me. EMAIL ME.
I’m really tired of smelling pot everywhere. … and I mean EVERYWHERE Grocery store? Smell pot Memorial City mall? Smell pot Walmart? HEAVY pot Restaurant? Smell pot it really, really sucks. Do you smoke pot? Do you realize that you stink so bad that you leave a stinky vapor trail of repulsive stench behind you? I guess you don’t give a $hit because you’re high.
Yea, I don't think people realize that as you smoke on your way to wal mart with the windows up that you will reek like **** for a few hours..........I myself smoke, but I don't do it and then go out.
