So at the behest of Trump Republicans in Congress block a deal that would've given them almost all they were asking for regarding the border and Right leaning people still blame Biden. At the same time blocking aid to Ukraine and Israel that many of them say they support. I'll say it again but what passes for the modern Rightwing no longer has principles anymore. All they care about is defending Trump and trying to own the "Wokes". It doesn't matter if that means that the border issue isn't resolved or Israel doesn't get aid.

Except that the President isn't a dictator and is bound by current laws regarding asylum and also by funding. The Constitution gives Congress the power to pass or change laws and the power of the purse. This has been covered several times in this thread.
