Swap Sengun with say Claxton and this Rockets team don't have 10 wins right now.

They didn't feed Sengun in the OT. At all.

Did I mention OT? No. I don't care about that. It shouldn't have gone to OT in the first place. that's the actual problem

The tweet you're replying to literally says "The Rockets need to feed him nonstop down the stretch" so yes, you mentioned OT.

so down the stretch doesn't mean regulation when the rockets were leading by 4 with 13 seconds left. ok

btw no I didn't mention OT. i explained why they lost. know the actual difference

They fed him down the stretch before OT, and it worked. But you are also right that we as a team defended badly.

We need to move on from Jalen. Even when his shots fell a bit better than usual yesterday, he contributed almost nothing else (he had one nice assist to Sengun and one nice block on a three).

The Rockets didn't lose the game at the end of regulation. They lost the game in overtime.

Jalen's always been like that. he's one dimensional. If he isn't scoring at a high rate, he literally doesn't give you anything else.

The hope that this year he would expand his game but he hasn't. And I laugh every time folks mention how he is better or good at defense. Dude is horrendous at that end of the floor

and how they did get to OT?

up 2 possessions with 13 seconds left is not on this claim the rockets stopped feeding Sengun. It's on the failure to close it out and get the stops necessary to do so

Like I said. I knew this already though. someone like you who clearly doesn't understand the concept of fully closing out a game wouldn't understand though. but but but feed Sengun up 4 with 13 seconds left. that's why they lost. oh wait

I didn't say the Rockets lost because they didn't feed Sengun up 4 with 13 seconds left, Roosh didn't say the Rockets lost because they didn't feed Sengun up 4 with 13 seconds left. So what the hell are you talking about?

They fed Sengun at the end of 4th q and they got a big advantage with few seconds to go, they blew that advantage and the game went to overtime. And they refused to feed Sengun in the OT and they lost. It shouldn't be that difficult to understand.

Two things can be true. They should have won in regulation, very VERY true, but is also true they should have fed Sengun in OT after they did not take care off business to close out regulation.

you're the one who responded to my post. That's what the hell I'm talking about

and the blew the advantage because of everything I said in my OP. Again that's what the hell I'm talking about.

I don't give af about OT. I didn't mention any of that in my post which I already told you. That's what the hell I'm talking about.

Know what you're responding to before you go on a ramble

And I'm addressing how they should have won in regulation. failure to close out a game up 2 possessions with 13 seconds left is by far the bigger problem

He can be better and horrendous at the same time, unfortunately. Personally I wouldn’t say horrendous but still below average at best.

The tweet you're replying to is literally about OT.
