Shot looks much improved .... . Showing more effort on defense, even if the results aren't a hell of a lot different. Stil missing rotations (Theis was telling him where to go). Got to the charity stripe often against Denver and made most of them, He might make me eat some crow ....
Man I remember getting so much crap for saying that Green would benefit from sitting to deal with a minor injury and rehab stint so he could reset the season. “ohhh how dare you wish an injury on my guy!!! Ohh ahhh!!!” No you idiots. Everyone has some level of injury at this point. A mid season reset is good for a rookie and actually think it’ll be good for Sengun too. Let him take some time away and have an almost preseason like rehab regime coming back. I think Sengun will look even better when he’s back if they give him a proper reset and do not rush him back.
Hey @DreamShook, I'm bored at work so just going through some prime time early Jalen Green threads. I just need to know what you thoughts are of Jalen after 2.5 years in the league? Do you still make call outs once every 15-20 games when Jalen plays well? I don't know you've been ignored for a while.
put me back on ignore. Y'all can continue to jack off to Jalen green struggling on your favorite team. I post in the game threads watch the games root for all the rockets then log off. Your kind is so annoying, it's no fun to even talk rockets ball. rooting for players your team drafted to fail is no fun to me. Y'all are forever weird for that. congrats. Imagine taking me off ignore to gloat Jalen green is playing poorly. It's weirdo behavior.
My viewpoint is less of a jacking off to Jalen's struggles and more so having simply acknowledged his problems over the years. Fans had NO problem dog-pilling on guys like Corey Brewer or Danuel House when they played like sh*t, no problem at all, no weirdo vibes for that... but because Jalen was our first top draft pick since Yao, people treated him like baby Jesus, refused to see any of his faults, and attacked anybody who did. Womp womp. Before Jalen, people did the same thing with KPJ. Posters were furious and called me a delusional hater for saying I thought KPJ's upside was Jamal Crawford. Did the same when I made the Jalen/Monk comp. If y'all think being homers for our players makes someone a better, or less weird fan of the team, go for it I guess.
Having 1 out 5 game playing well does nothing for me now. Tell me if he do this on regularly and on the road
I still think he ends up a starting, shooting guard or a good sixth man scoring 20 points a game on decent efficiency, but I think that that is years away and I am just ready to move onto more minutes for the other players. I actually think he’s made improvements as far as being a winning player but I still don’t think he is a winning player. If that makes sense.
