it seems like Udoka is more willing to immediately publicly dissect what specifically led to the outcome of a game, good or bad, even before he watches the film. He does it without emotion, just brutal honesty.

moreso than most coaches who just give vague answers

Lin only fans and Sengun only fans at the same time might be a little too much to deal with. They would team up and takeover the forum. They would enslave other only fans and work them as serial post likers 16 hours a day. "Master can i go to the toilet?" "After you like my last Sengun-Lin is the best two men game in the league post b****"

We played a difficult schedule. As a young team we will get on a roll again, maybe once we return home.

We’re desperately missing Tari’s manic defensive presence

Couldn’t even finish watching this game. Already know we can’t hit enough 3s to win

Ime has also seemingly regressed due to his suboptimal rotation decisions. I hope that he will reflect on what he has done and strive to improve his overall strategy.

I will say, as much as I would like to blame Jalen for this L it wasn't just him. The whole offense was a cluster from tip off. It was like it was their first time playing together and they were all JV players.

I tell my older son that I’ve never cared more about postgame coaches interviews ever before Udoka. He’s absolutely transparent. I coach basketball for fun. My kid does for a living. I learn a ton just listening to Udoka

Udoka doesn't mind calling out his players in the post-game pressers, and as much as they deserve a good cook at the moment, I feel like he needs to look internally as well. This guy summed it up pretty well:

I wonder if Ime would take the Playoffs over a secure path of developing Amen and Cam......just a thought.

That is probably a hint to sign more veteran scorers and shooters.

The key here is clearly 3 pt shooting. Jalen Green 0-5, Brooks 1-5, Tate and Whitmore 0-1...our 3 pt shooting specialist Jabari only taking 2 attempts.

Three pointers are the great equalizer in the NBa, and for a team with a low post juggernaut who also happens to be a passing savant like Sengun the Rox should be bombing away from 3 and making opponents pay. Instead we are clanking shots and opponents can just clog the paint.

I was thinking before the Start of this Season this Team is more of a 37 Win Team. They are on that pace. Barely a Play In Team was asking too much.

Ime Udoka I am not impressed with, too stubborn with not giving Rookies a Chance off the bench and not trusting Cam Whitmore, Amen Thompson over Holiday, Jeff Green, Starting Tate over Tari or Cam is embarrassing.

Big losing streak incoming and we're heading for the bottom 3 in the west again unless big changes come.

Jalen needed to be gone yesterday because Ime refuses to bench him, probably because he would lose all confidence and suck even more.

I thought CF was in agreement that we would not draft any more mentally soft players. JG is one of the softest young players in the league, gets shook easily. Pretty easy to tell by the way he paints his nails.

My fear is that Udoka will bring in a mediocre veteran SG and he won't even try Cam or Amen in a bigger role.

Sengun surrounded by 4 3&D veterans would of course win more games this season and without a doubt radically lower our ceiling.

Starting to feel like Udoka needs a lead offensive coordinator. I'll give him till game 42 to understand that barking wears thin and there is more to offense than running a pick n roll to death. If he has a Lebron/Harden/CP3 this can work, but that's not his personnel. Coaches that are heavily dependent on barking and "clap clap" just have to keep trading demoralized players for new players to demoralize. They never improve themselves.

You have 2 young SG's who are both not good defenders or assist generators. One can shoot, the other can get to the line. Let them do more of what they're good at. It's like OKC back in the day saying what's the point of Harden if he can't defend. You have to develop their overall game in parallel to putting them in their most favorable position. These guys need pace and 5-out offense. Starting to get worried that Sengun's 3pt shot is declining and we will acquire a backup C who can't spread the floor. Maybe Olynyk is the better acquisition.

Udoka didn't know that Sengun would be our lead scorer. They ran all their options early and those guys clicked. Other than that discovery, Ime has done absolutely nothing with the offense. No changes, no improvement, no development since game 5 of the season. Just running Sengun-FVV into the ground and hoping catch n shoot midrange and 3pters fall. That's not coaching, his assistant can do that too.

I cut him some slack because it's not easy to teach defense to a bunch of kids, but we're approaching the midway point of the season. I want Udoka to stop confusing a poorly developed offense with a lack of effort. Yes people who play defense want to score and win too, yes it does motivate them. They see other people's offenses making things easier with creativity, the players are always aware of what's possible.

Having said all that sh*t, he's brought us this far. I still believe in Udoka as an elite HC. It feels like since the Lebron thing and his ex-wife hooking up with a more famous person than him, he has felt the need to act tougher. He wasn't tone deaf earlier. The ASB will help him step out of the box and see some different possibilities.

We have a great defense better than most playoffs teams Ime, especially when healthy. Contender level defense (top 5-10). If we're going to move up the standings, it will be through a more diverse offense that incorporates players who have the potential to improve within a season (aka The Core 6). I'll say it forever: five of our 6 core players would be better off in a different offense, even if they can contribute in some small way in this one.

They will bounce back against the Blazers, Hornets and Nets.....but only a short while.
