Jalen Green does not demand double team anymore and teams are willing to leaving open beyond the arc when Fred and Sengun is getting ready for PnR. Ever since Jalen went from offensive threat to none factor our offense has collapsed. Sengun is getting double triple team in the paint and Fred is gettin harassed beyond the arc force him to make a layup. We really need to take him off the starting five and find some replacement fast

Absolutely....fantastic coaching and analytics tonight. Bari shoots EIGHT shots...that's EIGHT shots after starting 4 of 5. A total misuse and a joke. Meanwhile, you have people with 12,13,18 and 15 shots respectively. I really like Ime but he's not the genius he may think he is some nights.

Jalen’s an easy scapegoat, and he plays too soft and shoots far too inconsistently for anyone’s liking.

But when he played like ass, he was benched—and the gap only grew. This loss is not on him, or Alpi, or Brooks or whoever. In my mind, it was on FVV, and this may be the first game where I really feel like this has been the case. Looking for his own shot at the expense of our offense hasn’t been a problem for Fred this season, but it was today. He’s supposed to be our leader and mentor, but when he gets mad at the opposing team and decides it’s “take over” time it rarely ends well for us.

I’m not excusing the poor play from anybody—but selfish play and dominating the ball like James Harden (with none of the effectiveness) is going to lead to a loss almost every time.

There was a stretch where Alpi literally didn’t touch the ball for like 8 straight possessions while Fred scored a three, missed two layups and missed another three. What the ****?? I’m so mad this game and I usually don’t get mad at anything.

At least we’re back at home next game. Maybe Jalen can score an open 3, Alpi can get going, and Fred remembers what he’s here for

    Guys

We got to make some SERIOUS changes. Playing through Sengun is killing the Rockets. Its like they are playing 80's style ball and everybody else is playing Modern Basketball.

This is why its so hard to score. He can only score around the basket, he doesnt have a mid range game, he cant shoot free throws and its slowing down the pace. Plus he doesnt play defense.

Its not just him, we have NOBODY that can shoot 3's. But I think he is the issue because he gives a false sense of security, because he can score around the rim.....THATS IT

This is a low point. I hope Stone deals for a shooter and a big. I guess a big that can shoot and play at least some defense is too much to hope for?

He's not even an all-star yet so why would anyone call him a superstar. He will be though.

Alpy is really, really good on the offensive end...leaves a LOT to be desired defensively IMO.

If stone doesn't wake the **** up, we're gonna be easily a bottom 4 west team again this year and give OKC a free lotto pick on top of what they already have.

Sengun has great talents, but obviously he also has many flaws.

Well this is the exact same argument for Giannis.

Put Giannis at the three point line, no one guards him. Teams defend Giannis with the same mentality they do Sengun, keep him as far away from the rim as possible.

The difference is the Bucks surrounded Giannis with shooters, the year they won nothing but shooters.

Rockets have clankers. Only two people in that starting lineup I trust taking and making an open shot, FVV and Bari.

I do not think teams are that concerned with any other Rocket taking a three, that's why Sengun sees the attention he does because teams know the Rockets will build a brick house if you let them.

As for spacing I'm not buying it. You know why? Because the Rockets offense STINKS when Sengun hits the bench. It's not like Green suddenly goes off once Sengun hits the bench, if anything he gets worse. When Sengun hits the bench the offense seemingly goes right into the garbage. So I do not think he is negatively affecting the team offensively in any way.

The Rockets should be running a princeton offense around Sengun. I honestly never thought Ime was this bad offensively. We are like the Knicks before Brunson.

It's not on any one guy, including Jalen. These guys just can't shoot. A team 26% from 3 (on 30 shots ) just ain't going to cut it.

If these are your serious thoughts you either don't watch Rockets basketball or you're just really biased against a certain player.
