I don't believe it will ever be a primary color on a main uniform, though perhaps it might be used as an accent.
Ugh I hate that they're pushing "H-Town" in Old English font so hard. Not a fan at all and don't think I ever will be. Surely we can do better than this, no??
A nice blend of the new H Town blue (which is darker than Oiler blue) and white would be pretty sweet. With just a little red.
Something along these lines is probably closest to what I was picturing - limited change to the helmet other than color, more red in the uniform, and balanced usage of the “H-town blue”. I know it’s been discussed already but I’m not super huge on the current logo and if this series of colors was blended with the horn/style helmet, it’d probably be my vote of closest to what I’d like to see.
H-Town on a T-shirt I wear occasionally is not bad, but I would not like it on the uniforms. What I think is more interesting about the Team Shop Banner is the uniform color scheme on the player behind the guy in the T-shirt.
Not sure who was in charge of approving this look for TB. Terrible. Glad they went back to that late 90's/early 00's look. I think it's a great representation of a clean, modern upgrade to the old.
Nike was. The same Nike company that is designing our new uniforms. They've botched almost every single rebrand over the past decade sans the Bengals and Chargers, both in which very slight alterations to their uniforms were made. This is why people are expecting the worst here. Nike is notorious for screwing this up.
I can tell you one thing with the utmost certainty about the new uniforms… there will be ppl that love them, and ppl that hate them.
Meh. I know they're very liked though in general. A clean look seems to be what most people say. I like the current ARZ look right now, they also do a good job with the more modern upgrade but still blend in the old.
