She is such a disappointment. I at one point had high hopes that she was smart, savvy and principled. She is none of those things - she is basically Kamala Harris for Republicans. She will say and do anything to be liked.
I really did have higher hopes for her, but the bar was pretty low, I wanted a sane republican that would not be trump. I get the occasional gaffes, you talk that much in front of so many people and you're going to say something dumb but she is firing on all cylinders over the past few weeks. She is between a rock and a hard place, dont piss off maga and try and distance yourself from trump and gain support...........at this point I dont see why any of them stay in the race, is it really worth it, bow out take your lumps and start the ass kissing to the cult leader and he might get you a job later. IMO at this point if you're on the fence about trump then I have no clue what would get you off the fence........are they waiting for some miracle, and he turns into a genuine human being or that another candidate will somehow say something that will change there mind................if so, I got some land I wanna sell ya
"What do you want me to say about slavery?" "Uh, that slavery and westward expansion of the United States---" "Next question." (sotto voce) "Ho. Lee. S**t." Not wanting to upset all those voters with Confederate flag bumper stickers.
Too bad Thumbelina doesn't show anywhere near the same guts when talking about the guy leading the race...
Saw on Meet the Press an interesting stat from Steve Kornacki. In a two way race between Biden and Trump 43% of Haley voters would support Biden while only 23% would support Trump. I presume the remainder wouldn't support either.
I wish her the best, but she's 99 points behind Trump. Hopefully, everyone drops out soon, so it's just her (or DeSantis or anyone) and Trump.
After tonight it very well Could be just Haley and Trump. NH is going to be very interesting as Haley could actually defeat Trump there.
