His overall TS% was like 48%....he had a good first half, but he ruined it by going full Jalen Green in the 2nd.

That said, I guess it's a good game by his standards.

 

We needed his offense tonight, for sure. But it even in his high scoring games it doesn't feel good to me because he is so inefficient.

It’s not hate, he’s objectively having a bad year.

However bad you think Jalen played tonight he still out played the alternatives Cam, Bullock and Tate. Without him we lose this game and have the eternal shame of losing to the worst team in NBA history.

 

It’s fun to debate when both sides have decent argument, only thing I don’t like is when it devolves into personal attacks over basketball players who don’t even know we exist. Unless said basketball players are secretly posting here under an alias or something

 

Bro had horrible defensive game, went 9/25 from the field and dudes think he had a great game and the Rockets wouldn't win without him, lol.

 

If Jalen played in the 2nd half like he did in the first, the Rockets win by 20, if he played the first like he played the second, they lose by 20.

 

Coach Udoka was asked about Jeff Green. Said that after Jeff sat for a bit on the bench his knee swelled up. That doesn’t sound good.

Nah we lose this game without Green. Anybody arguing otherwise is just wrong or dumb. Or both.

Awesome, I guess that's how low the expectations are now, he can play like absolute dogshit overall, but if some rookies and fringe NBA talent struggle, it means that he did well and we should be happy about the guy we wasted the #2 pick in the draft on.

 

That’s a very fair take…this game was a microcosm of the Jalen Green Experience. Points where you wonder why he isn’t averaging 30, and parts where I’m almost praying to the basketball gods that he can find the basket
