His speech communication is getting a lot better. He isn’t as smooth as before the stroke but is getting there. I respect that he voices his opinion regardless of his parties platform.
This isn’t something new with Fetterman and has been a staunch supporter of Israel well before his stroke. It has nothing to do with his Stroke or treatment.
South Africa does have close relationships with Hamas. As does @trustme. The other thing they have in common with @trustme is an average IQ among the members of the South African government of about 55.

You can also be for the people of Israel but against the Israeli government and their oppression. You can be all of those things.
Yeah, it's amazing how much better he speaks today. I never expected this much out of him. My dad suffered a stroke years ago, and while his speaking also improved dramatically in the weeks and months afterwards, he still has some hiccups here and there.
