I know both Brooks and Eason were out, but it was exciting to see Cam get some minutes in the first half. And man, that kid is just not scared. He's making the most of his minutes and you love to see it. I think my favorite plays by him were actually on the defensive side too. I loved when he was banging with Day'Ron Sharpe. Sharpe is a monster and Cam was not scared to be physical with him.

    Fun stuff. Great win.

Oh, and Sengun is magical, but I'm not sure if I'm on board with "the wizard". Walt Williams is somewhere shaking his head.

He had a pretty big assist to Jeff Green. Green hit the open 3.

I love Amen's ability to get to the basket but I don't want to see him shooting 3s. Just stay in the mid-range.

Great thing, it’s not could but most likely will…kid has plenty of time to grow and will be better by the time he can legally buy some beer

He could learn also from playing more and watching tape on his mistakes

Cam is strong and explosive but also has a great shooting touch and plays with no fear. Does he shoot a little too quick sometimes? Sure, but we can't complain when they're going in.

Love that he contributed to a good team win, and Ime took him out at the right time, he was cooling off and not as focused as he was earlier in the game.

Also, if the Wizard is taken as a nickname for Sengun, I think we should think of something else, preferably unused. How about "Magic"?

Jalen had a good game tonight, which ia good to see since he didnt shoot it well. He was getting quality looks too and taking good shots. Sometimes you dont make em, thats ball.

But his rebounding was really good, and he was doing a good job moving the ball around the horn not letting things get too sticky and had decent assists.

Turnovers are still his achilles heel, although i do not understand why he got a turnover for chasing down a loose ball into the backcourt he never had a handle on.

But in that same breath i cant help but laugh at how effing dumb of a turnover he had before that half on the inbounds.

Good seeing him continue to impact the game outside of just points.

Yeah I take it back. Keep the Brooklyn picks. No thanks to Bridges. That pick is projected to be in the 7-10 range.

Get the next Derrick Lively/Mark Williams/Jalen Duren.

Crazy that our standards for that scrub are so low that we consider a game where he had a 44% TS% and 4 turnovers to be a "good game"....no one would ever call that a good game for even a halfway decent player.

Cam can't replace him soon enough.

Cam is a going to be a 6th man of the year candidate as his floor imo. He is instant offense. Really excited to see how his defense and playmaking evolve.

Screw walt williams. I like the wizard.

I think what we are seeing in Cam is just a tiny percentage of what he could become. This guy has the makings of becoming the best player on this team, another star along with Sengun. It's going to take time, likely 2 more years, but he continues to work and listen to Ime, the sky is limit. I'm talking about driving to the basket causing havoc to the opponents D, besides the outside shooting.

I said Holiday is a better shooter not that Whitmore can't spot up and shoot.

I was one of the people who wanted him to get PT.

I think if he had a 3 point shot then there would have been no way he would have gone past pick 2. Hopefully he eventually develops a decent shot.

I thought Jabari had a good game too, but im thinking you wont go out of your way to shiit on his ts% also.

Some people watch the game, while some people just look at the box score and hunt for a reason to hate.

It's very very possible that in a couple of years the Rockets field a lineup starring their later first round picks in whitmore, Eason and senguin. Bari will prob also join them along with either vf or someone we replace him with

He was being guarded by Mikal Bridges who is a damn good defensive player. Jalen also held Mikal to 27% FG and he had 8 rebs and 4 ast so yeah it was a good game. You just a hater only show up when Jalen has a bad shooting game and distort the facts lmao wtf.
