He can outsmart players much older, much experienced than him meaning he has high bbiq. He is mentally strong, is confident in himself. He probably doesn't turn the ball over a lot because if he is a turnover machine he will not get those chances since coaches are not patient there. There is always an immense pressure on them (fans, president) so getting the win is more important than letting a kid grow. So you are drafting a complete player with high upside.
