He's smart enough to know that saying nothing about Sengun is better than saying something and even if it's overwhelmingly positive, the only fans will jump all over you if the praise isn't to the level that they are expecting. I found that out the other day when I made a post about how the Rockets roster building plans going into this Summer taking Sengun into affect, and you would have thought that I called their first born daughter a hooker or something. I can appreciate the passion at some level, but it is pretty unbearable with some to the point where whatever you say will never be good enough. If I posted that Sengun is the best player in the world, I'd be flamed and called crazy for not believing he's the best in the Universe, or the Multi-verse. I assume its just that. Just avoidance.
I forgot to mention that when I posted the various rankings. When you look at the age column in the nba.com player impact estimates, he is by far the youngest player there, too. If you are a franchise looking for a franchise player for the next decade - he is the guy.
When will sengun's 2k24 profile be updated? His playmaking ability is still 67. This must be a joke. Banchero's playmaking is 72. What kind of nonsense is this?
Plenty of Sengun's improvement has been credited to Udoka and FVV. You think @thacabbage is a "total muppet" as well?
It depends in this case, I need more specific accusations. Right now this appears to be more annoying vague persecution complex. Right now what this says is: "remember the random bad stuff that I remember? I'm mad about it". How about this alternative: shut the hell up and praise your dude and enjoy that the team is winning? Or provide something analytical or insightful that makes the people reading it smarter instead of dumber?
30 minutes ago I had a guy PM me about Clutch mass-banning turks and called Roosh an arab. Even if it's true, Sengun fans are one step away from going full Jeremy Lin. I'm here to watch basketball, and Sengun is balling. The conspiracy theories and nationalism are a quick road to a brawl. And people wonder why Clutch doesn't want that? Don't wonder when it's right in front of you. This man is balling out. It shouldn't be hard to focus on that instead of making it into some nationalistic ****.
FVV is the best thing that could have happened to Sengun and a Rockets team with him on it. He fully understands the value that playing through Sengun adds and consistently prioritizes getting him the ball. That consistency benefits Sengun, and the whole team, so much.
This doesn't sound very credible to me (not doubting you, I mean the claim sent by PM). Clutch and Roosh do Rocketswatch together all the time and seem very friendly.
