Being in Hong Kong and Singapore the food Is amazing. That is in spite of the British and Not because of the British.
"morcilla" as they call it in Argentina, and I assume in Spain? It's blood sausage, and it's delicious, like a pâté that's bbq'd and then spread on bread.
I actually like it too. Sound gross, looks gross, but tastes unique. Another thing I liked in Scotland that some find disgusting is haggis, which goes great with a nice cold draft beer.
At my house there’s a standing joke of how did you create an empire that big only to eat unseasoned food?
Don't sell London Chinese cuisine short, at all I do like traditional British Pub food. When it's done well, it's really good.
The CNN website appears to have hooks in its stories where you will be reading an article and scrolling. Then, it will suddenly change the article to a blank tab and launch the CNN app when using my iPhone. Well, I was reading an article on your website and don’t want to go to your damn app in the middle of my reading. Very f-ing annoying. Maybe if I uninstall the CNN app…it will stop. But, I should never be launched from a web page into an app involuntarily out of nowhere with no warning. MF-ers!!!
Another thing…why does Burger King have so many commercials everywhere? How can they afford it? How is BK still in business? You Rule! Is all that everywhere advertising really driving new business for them? And, their jingle sucks. It reminds me of Dak saying “Here we go!” before he snaps the ball. It’s annoying.
People on a sports forum who can't spell defense or lose. It's not defence people. You win or lose, not win or loose.
Defence is the British English spelling of defense. It's how many ex-British colonies spell it. Also, you missed a comma.. It should be 'It's not defence, people'. Also, I think you meant to spell 'loose' in your first sentence.
Good point, but I doubt all the ones spelling those words wrong are Brits. Brits aren't generally big basketball fans.
It's not just the UK. Several countries use British English spelling, including the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and many countries in the Caribbean and Southeast Asia
