Nikki Haley would likely nominate Federalist Society judges to the federal courts. I do not think that she has a choice if she wants to win the nomination. This should drive suburban women away from Haley and Rs in general. The Dobbs USSC decision will affect the 2024 election, perhaps even dramatically. The current national 2024 POTUS polls, not so much.

I’ll be curious to hear her make her case to a district she hasn’t even moved to, yet. It’s an extremely conservative district but even they can see through that bullshit…you’d think. Then again, she exists, MTG exists. There was even a district that elected Louie Gohmert multiple times.
She barely won her last election in her current district to the guy outraising her, essentially he chased her to a new district. Her old district was gerrymandered towards republicans in 2021 to +9 republican. She is carpetbagging to ken bucks old district (he is retiring) which was gerrymandered to an even more republican advantage (+27 republican). My bet is they are so stupid they will vote for her anyway. She is the best known candidate of the candidates announced:
