Maybe he's teachable, salvageable as a microwave off the bench.

 

Hakeem was probably not a UoH player yet at Sengun’s age They deflate the ages of African players in soccer and basketball.

Nevertheless, Hakeem was a generational talent, let Sengun be Sengun, he is a great player.

 

If you look at the box score it looks like Fred had a rough game. But, after the game Alpi gives credit to Fred for getting players in the right position and running the offense. Fred may not be the most efficient scorer, but he sure is the floor general this team has needed.

 

Then you must not have watched the game, clearly they were trying to run it through Sengun almost every single trip down. This caused the force feeding and lack of opportunities for Jabari. They definitely go to Sengun enough, don’t know where that is coming from.

Underrated as a PG, probably overrated as a scorer.

Oh no I definitely watched the game.

I saw what the rest of the country saw.

The guy had two turnovers in the game.

Yeah call me crazy I'll take 37 points being agressive with just two turnovers from that aggression.

Or... are you actually going to say others turning over the ball trying to get it to Sengun is his fault?

Either way. Just a really, really, really strange comment.

You're literally the only person alive complaining that Jabari didn't touch the ball enough, and it was because the team tried to go through Sengun too much. That's as bad a take as saying Jalen is a good basketball player.

 

Believe it or not, Sengun has taken more shots than anyone on the team this year. It's Jabari who usually isn't taking enough shots.

 

And yet it's still not enough.

And you can check the Jabari number one option thread - I'm all for him getting more shots!

That is the beauty of it, KD also did not take the most shots every year with the Thunder and GSW.

It only becomes a problem when he is verbally demanding it.

 

Notice Sengun touching the ball every time down. I used to pray for times like this !!

 

On/Off stats are the most in need of context. Not to say what's presented is inaccurate, just really useless without an explanation that fills in the rest of the picture. You can't just look at this with zero context and make big claims because "you know ball" lol...

Also, Tari is absolutely playing the minutes he deserves and trying to use this picture of on/off for Alpe and Jalen to make commentary like it's Jalen v. Tari is toxic and unnecessary. Tari is playing like 24-28 mpg.

You are reading what you want to read, I said nothing about Sengun being at fault. Literally the only person, get a grip dude. Clearly an agenda.

 

So exciting to see the pieces starting to really fit together....Sengun inside is amazing ! He is just dominating most of the time. Zion however just bull rushes our bigs with no fear of being stopped. Giannis likewise. We will be forced to adapt from the inside feed constantly to Alpy and kick the ball out to open shooters at some point.

We have some excellent defenders and rebounders...Bari needs more shots...pure and simple. Will he have games where he is not tearing it up scoring wise ? Yes, he will. BUT, he can still impact the game with his rebounding and defense? Absolutely. I love having Tari on the floor with Bari... they play well together. Throw in Brooks and we have some junkyard dogs on the floor.Love Uncle Jeff and FVV to steady the younguns. Learning to win on the road will take us even higher. I still think our biggest missing piece is a back up center as opposed to a shooter. Funny how things worked outr... we get Lopez, Sengun is not the player he is today.

 

Dude, Sengun's taken more shots than anybody on the roster. Nobody's discriminating against him
