You are right about that. Just to be clear, Title VI doesn't protect students from discomfort but from discrimination (and harassment). I'm generally against protecting from discomfort (aka safe spaces to some).

That there are complaints filed to the government gives merit to the charge that those unis listed aren't doing their job under title iv with possible grounds for punishment.

The opposite side should pounce on the opportunity for cases where those colleges are actually found guilty.

Not that i enjoy our core institutions bogged down by senseless theatre and optics, but it's clearly a part of this discussion and a means for change/reform.

 

This woman is wrecking hundreds of years of Harvard's reputation of being the best. DEI is ruining this school. When you put unqualified people in high places, this is the predictable result. Sounds like she is dishonest as well (and racist).
