No jury and a liberal judge will likely hand down the corporate death penalty and a 9 figure fine... all for the "crime" of estimating real estate value on a loan that was fully paid back... and across the table was a sophisticated bank who could do their own estimation of value. Charges brought by a DA who actively campaigned on bringing charges against Trump. A total sham trial. Democrats and their rage are wrecking our once honored institutions. As a result, Lincoln was not on the ballot in Southern states like Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. However, in the states that remained loyal to the Union, Lincoln was on the ballot and ultimately won re-election against his Democratic opponent, George B. McClellan. The wartime circumstances led to unique electoral situations, but Lincoln was not kept off the ballot in states that remained part of the Union during the Civil War.
