Chapter 6: Green & Redemption

Thinking back I don't even think we lost much playing Green extended minutes. Green in his first season was the 4th option behind Wood, KPJ, and EG. It's only last season we kinda let him run wild out there with KPJ. But then again we had no other prospects that was hindered by Greens extended minutes, we basically had no backup shooting guards for two seasons.

However this season with Cam and Amen waiting in the wings, I think it's time to cut some of Greens minutes if he continues to play this way

When the team losses the fans get frustrated and dump on the players.
C.Wood and J.Wall got as much hate if not more, even though they played better for us than Green does.

I think truth is exactly the opposite of what you say: there is an unexplainable, weird, irrational infatuation with Green by a group of posters, while OTOH the vitriol is pretty much par for the course for frustrated fans dumping on a player who is being promoted as a star from Day One but is nothing of the sort.

I wish the internet was was just a little more like real life or at least a little nicer...but I also wish I had enough money to purchase a basketball team and sadly both goals are equally unrealistic

 

Maybe if people like you didn't say he played well - when he clearly most certainly didn't. There'd be less pointing out of just how f*Cking atrocious he is at basketball.

Give the kid a break. I don't think he's efficient enough to be getting so many minutes, and think he needs to improve, but saying stuff like that is just mean.

Simulations and video games are made pretty realistic nowadays.......it is not the same but it is the best without ponying up much money.

Udoker is actually a fairly sophomore coach himself......he is playing it safe.

 

Playing one good game is just fluke.
