Comparing Sengun to Dream is where it goes off the rails.

 

I was here before you, before Sengun was born, and, inshallah, will hopefully still be here after Sengun retires.

 

You have been trying to make yourself the story.

 

Sengun is a year younger now than Dream was when he came into the league.

Dream is obviously the greatest Rocket ever, but we are lucky to have Sengun now.

 

You guys do EVERYONE a huge disservice including Sengun when you try to prop him up against some of the GOATS of the game and point towards 1 of 1 players like Jokic as an expectation. Let him be who he is without all the fluff. One thing he will never be is Hakeem its not even a fair comparison to Sengun they are totally different players.

Sengun is a winner. He will be super valuable when this team starts to contend for championships.

Hakeem is the Rockets' GOAT, no question about it. And of course they are very different players.

But it's nice to have another really good young center coming up.
