He metioned that he likes to be coached and i get it but are we going to see good defense from him only after he gets benched or Ime talks to him? I feel like right now he is a streaky defender. He has 3 good defensive games then 2 average and 2 sh.t. It's much better than the last year obviously but he needs to learn coaching himself.
Guys Im not against any Rockets player, if they do good, we all win. But like I have said about Sengun in the past, length gives him problems and Bizmac had the length, long arms, where it frustrated him. Plus he didnt go for the fakes. NOT SAYING HE IS HARDEN.....but Sengun reminds me a lot of Harden in that instance. Players with length and who do not buy in to the fakes, give him the most trouble. Ive said on many occassions, I think he is a good young player, possible All-Star but Im still leary if he's the center of the future for the Rockets.
SOME players, not all. To me, the better teams have length and when we get to the playoffs, thats where the Rockets are going to meet the better teams. Its just a fact. Also, its going to be more about individual matchups and play in the paint. If we can't guard the paint and we can't score in the paint over bigger players.... thats a problem
Exactly. But it is worth noting the way some posters come to defend clutch and think that he cannot be hating or even have a negative attitude to Sengun is an ‘only fan’ thing, no different than the very bad type of only fans they despise of, just ignoring every obvious indication, just like it was the case when something was obviously off about the way Silas treated Sengun and sofs were getting the blame to be player first fans.
Just a thought but have you guys ever thought, its not Sengun but the Sengun ONLY fans that Clutch doesnt like?
