Ime Udoka after benching Sengun, Jalen Green in the fourth quarter of win over Memphis

I root for what's best for the Houston Rockets, and have for 5 1/2 decades. And, I've been HERE, OUR HOME since the Garden of Eden....almost 30 years ago. Show some respect.

 

Obviously bad games happen. I'm not adverse to trading Jalen but my question has always been for who? We don't need draft picks and his value is low. I wouldn't give him a big extension so we're on the same page there.

I have no idea who you are. I would hope we all want what is best for the Rockets considering we're posting here. As to showing some "respect " I'll pass. We will all offer our opinions but trying to act hard on an internet message board is lame. Maybe check your priorities because attempting to act cool on the internet shouldn't be one

 

I would go for someone Simons from Portland or try for cam Thomas from the nets (long shot I know)

 

He benched 2 franchise players and replaced them with 2 other franchise players

I hope it never reaches the point where they have to trade Jalen. If it does, the ideal scenario is that Cam can step in at the 2 and they move Jalen for some frontcourt help since they're thin up there.

I think it's up to the owners too. I think Lebron tried to fire Spo when he was with the Heat. Pat Riley told him to F*** off.

 

I was an Adelman fan, but that was eons ago. Coach Udoka has taken our young players, some still suffering from Silas Hangover, and with a handful of vets perfect as difference makers and teachers on the court, in the locker room and in practice, has turned our team into something I love seeing. Winners. Tough to beat even when they lose. That and the talk of the league’s “talking heads.” What a turnaround!

The whole "why complain about Jalen or player x because we won" is silly.

First off, requisite quote: "never ignore in victory what you wouldnt in defeat"

Second, this is an open fan forum where things pertaining to the rockets will be discussed. Especially things that have an affect on the team's success now and in the future.

 

Correct. When you deal with the OF's though, victories that don't include their star boy may as well be losses. This is a ROCKETS forum at the end of the day. Ime is above any player. Anyone who questions that can **** off to Reddit.

Totally agree. These guys are supposed to be our two best players. It's not good when they stink, it would be weird if we were okay with it, and it would be weird not to talk about it. It's noteworthy.

Plus I think we all have PTSD from "our best player sucks, becomes disengaged, gets benched, the bench carries us to a win" situations. I think we own the most famous example of this of all time. Not good! It's normal to worry!
