    Respect but we have to find a way to rest Udoka for 4 to 6 minutes between 34th and 40th minutes of the games.

    He is not a 48 minutes coach yet. Efficient for 42 to 44 minutes, meh for the rest.

    He's a European minded coach which i like the most about him. He can make midgame adjustments, punishes the ones who suck. He's a very clever guy man we are just beyond lucky to have him.

    Unlike other teams, the talent gap between some players in the 2nd unit and 1st unit are not too far off. So depending on the night (and matchup), going more to 2nd unit is fine. Jeff Green and Tari shined again.

    Not everything has to be an indictment.

    Postgame Rockets watch, the entire conversation was on Green, which not too much new opinions are being offerred if folks been reading the Jalen threads last few days. If it's on the micro (game to game analysis), I rather we talk more about the people that did contribute.

    He is not an European minded coach yet Struggling between and takes to much time for adjustment.

    Compare to Silas, he is a Saviour, compare to Obradovic, still pupil for midgame adjustments/punishments.

    In game Substitution and adjustments is Ime Udoka best qualities. Not afraid of confrontation from players is another quality of Ime. Ime was a Assistant to Gregg Popovich, Gregg has benched Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, Tony Parker, Kawhi Leonard in Regular Season and Playoff Games.

    By European minded i was trying to say that he cares more abouts W's than being pals with stars of the team. Let's be real NBA is an unserious organization. Faded/fading stars are still getting minutes over upcoming talents or efficient players. Inefficient volume scorers still get the bag and honestly it makes NBA look bad from outside. They sat Cam Thomas a year for what? Kid was already good enough. It's like there is a caste system. Ime is very flexible in that regard.
