Hey just curious. Why don't you post some of the things Refaat Alareer said online about jews and Americans??? I'll be waiting
Yeah he's a terrorist who was cheering on jews being killed. He can go eff himself. Karma is a b****. I'm so tired of my fellow Muslims playing the victim card. It's tiresome
This is why countries based on religion are a really bad idea. Israel being racist is not at all shocking. Then again - Palestinians are quite bigoted against Jews as well. Pakistan and India are both very bigoted countries as well - because religion plays such a large part in their identity.
He is doing his job - this is the response most Popes would have - call for a cease fire. The Pope doesn't have to be practical - he can simply call for peace. He isn't expecting a cease fire - he is trying to get leaders to take into consideration peace in their decisions.
Still an idiot. At least he also called for the release of hostages. The Hamas-affiliated UN idiots were calling for ceasefires while disregarding the hostages.
He was - he died in Gaza like a week ago. FWIW they killed him - and at the same time killed his sister, three of his nieces that were children and his brother at the same time.
It's hard to explain. I can understand why you would call him an idiot - but he really isn't an idiot, he is going to call for peace at all times, regardless of the situation. He isn't really playing favorites - circumstances are irrelevant, and the Pope on these types of issues will forever be the eternal optimist. Pope John Paul II would say the same.
He did - he lost a brother about 10 years ago and the IDF had killed his aunt many years ago. He also was told he could not attend college outside of Gaza at different points by Israel. Most of what he has said - I don't find controversial. I don't agree with him though when he said that the Hamas attack was justified. There were a lot of lies told about him, and those in the literary field knew it.
Jesus - I did not know this- but with the death of Refaat Alareer's sister, mom and nieces - the IDF has not supposedly killed over 30 of his relatives in the last decade plus. I cannot vouch for all of them, but I remember the reports in the news in the past about a number of his family members.
