Cheap Tillman spending $70M on new training facility

Are they seriously planning on going several more years with the same logo and color scheme? Perfect time to change it. Will be a waste of money to wait and have to redo it later.

After the floor plan am curious if there will be info on any technology used. Like cameras on the courts that track things like shooting motion.

It's still a worthwhile investment. This facility doesn't have to overtake the new ones in Orlando or Phoenix, but it shouldn't lack so far like decades behind.

On a list of reasons when attracting free agents (players/coaches), it does matter to an extent. People likes to be comfortable. Players who are still improving their game, don't want to be disadvantaged. It's a place they spend a lot of time in. Looks like coaches and front office also has new spaces.

When someone looks at colleges, after some of the main things, they also look at things like special club/sports facilities, libraries and study rooms.

Money is being invested back into the team. I'm all for it.

The Warriors were able to afford 3 FULL courts with Cali/San Francisco prices, broke Fertits can't afford a full 3 in the land of cheap real state?

 

3 - 4 courts would have been nice. Not everything is 5 on 5. Sometimes assistants could be working individually with a player; while other things are going on.


On one of the existing courts, they could also install more baskets.

 

why you worried about it like that? how much money did you put into it?

 

I’m not, but this has been a topic of discussion for years. That we don’t have a “good enough” practice facility and it hurts us in free agency. I’m simply wondering aloud, does it matter? And even though he’s a billionaire is it something even Tilman is like yah! That was worth 70M!

I’m not stressing. I’m just curious.

Tilman wants to win, he has had enough of losing he's hungry as a wolf. If you are type of a person who can read bw lines you would know that he's telling you that he wants Green out of his ******* franchise. That's how i interpreted it.
