I am not contesting that. My concern is for him and also for Sengun that they both need to gain muscle mass so they don't get bullied under the rim. Especially Jabari is getting bullied all the time.

However, I agree that he has a bright future.

Like I said, I go by what I hear from the ROCKETS. Especially, the coach. He just stated at yesterday's presser that Sengun was not agressive enough on the switches.

Go back and listen, thats the only complaint he had during the whole presser.

Amen and Cam are future pieces. And they both were very good choices. I guess we will disagree there. Also, Amen was doing very well before he got injured.

That's a fair assessment. I just don't want Alpi to lose any of his fluidity. He's still growing and I think a regular weight plan and diet regimen would help. We agree.

Yeah, Jabari seems stiff to me which can be corrected. You could be right as it might simply be him giving up too much weight or not using leverage properly. I think we'll know by the end of the year. That's why I used the Rasheed Wallace comparison. He wasn't huge but he was crafty.

    We basically agree though

I don't disagree. I liked the pics at the time but you can't say for certain when neither of them have played any meaningful minutes in the nba yet. We hope they were good pics but using them as examples about our front office not being dumb isn't really a good example considering we got those players by default. Lucked into them again cuz we got the 4th pick and cam somehow fell to our second lick.

Just don’t respond to this troll. Simple.
He’s literally said he doesn’t like him because he’s white. He has his biases and you can hit him over the head with as many facts and truths as possible he’s just going to bury his tiny little brain in the sand.

I guess you're not a fan of that very common figure of speech and are trying to start a one-man movement to end it? Good luck, my friend.

I mean, Amen has literally shown nothing yet. Maybe tap the brakes on that one for now.

Reading the OP’s thread is like drinking bleach while taking a hammer to the dick. How do we properly shame this trend lately of terrible thread making? This place used to not put up with such objectively horrible ****.

Man, Alpi has improved so much on the defensive end of the floor already that I'm not ready to put a limit on him anywhere anymore. He's improving in ways I couldn't predict, so for now, I'm just going to sit back and watch and wait until I don't see radical improvement for a couple seasons before I try to put a ceiling on him again.

But hey, I'd love for one of those other guys to outshine Alpi, because if they do, we're going to be a contender. Alpi is very very very good already.

I genuinely think it's Silas' burner.

I'll check if he posts when the Pistons play.

Really? Since when? I've been here since 2002ish, and I've seen worse pretty regularly throughout that time.
