happy for Cam and Amen that first half was awful. I was worried.

    they still lost though.

Hopefully Amen can get more minutes backing up Jalen (especially on nights he's ineffective) since it seems that Holiday has earned a rotation spot.

If Holiday has earned a rotation spot, Green has more than earned his minutes. If Amen takes minutes from Green, it will be because there aren't any more to take from Holiday, and Amen is better than Green.

Amen will take most of Tate's minutes. We desperately need his rebounding and ability to push in transition.

I kinda wish we could leave him in the G-League a little bit longer to cook and work on his offensive bag but he's clearly too good to stay on the Vipers.

Don't know if Amen will ever be a +40% 3 pt shooter, but I have high hopes that he can be money from mid range. He seems pretty comfortable from there in today's game.

When he’s shooting on the move the shot looks good but his set shot still looks horrible.

That mid range he hit was really sweet. But whenever he spots up it's almost like a different form

The pairing of Whtimore and Amen is great. A volume-oriented, shoot-first guy who's never seen a shot he didn't like and an uber-athletic, past-first PG.

He looks really good. The bright side of having a foot/leg injury is that there's nothing you can do but shoot for a while. You can tell he's been working hard. Welcome back!

Combine that pairing with an elite 3nD PF and baby Jokic?

Outside of an improved shotmform I refuse to get excited from anything amen does down there.

That’s silly. How does the fact that it’s G League affect his excellent passing? Or awesome rebounding?

Probably means that whether it's OTE or the G League it's much easier to get to the rim there than in the NBA!

For me I want to see an improvement in Amen's handle more than anything with his shot 2nd.

it's not about it being easy, i feel like it's more about time he's on the court. The first half was terrible imo. Then Amen got into the game and started balling

I'm not sure Amen will be able to get these numbers or even get a feel for the game as a backup pg.

Because the competition is low. Until
I see his handles tighten up at the pro level I won’t get excited at anything he does at levels below
