Basic solution: Statistical rule: irregularities happens but rarely repeats. There is no chance when the streak ended to repeat again. It means there is no chance for another 28 successive banco after a punto win. You should bet at the end of streak. When you go out you might see 15-20 odd or even plate numbers but there is no chance to see 20 even plates-1 odd plate- another 20 even plates. That is where the money is.
