That’s the thing, let’s say he holds the ball and sheds king and runs for 15 more yards.. you gonna call it back and say forward progress was hit already? No. It’s only because the ball came out and it was a turnover. I know it adds time, but every play needs to be reviewable. It’s getting ridiculous not being able to hold any refs accountable.
The refs have been horrid against the Texans, but watching other teams....They're just as bad. It's just horrible reffing, and they honestly seem to be the most incompetent out of all major sports league. NBA is pretty bad also.
I hear ya. Yes, they're human, but we have technology to help get it right. Also, It doesn't slow the game down though if they just do the commercials during challenges.
They've been doing the QB shuffle all season. Those fans had their hopes crushed within minutes of game 1.

Usually head-to-head only comes into play when only two teams are tied. Pretty much the same in all sports.
Playoff picture watch out for the Steelers dropping. They have an easy game next week but after that it's Colts, Bengals, Seahawks, Ravens to end the year. That's easily 3 losses perhaps on the Steelers schedule. Texans just need to get to 10 wins imo. I feel if we hit 10 wins we should make the Playoffs given everyone else's remaining schedules. Those 3 wins are the Jets and the Titans x2. Not worried about the Jets, but the Titans 2 games are must wins. On paper we should beat them but divisional games are unpredictable
Im also operating under the assumption that 10 wins should get us in Jets Browns Titans (split) should get us in hopefully making the last game against the Colts moot
Congrats, great win. I loved your head coach's reaction on the 4th down stop. You beat a quality team that was playing about as good as almost anyone in football. I also think this was a fork in the road type game as to how your season would end up. And now it's certainly playoffs for the Texans I do believe. You guys must need refills on your heart medication. Meanwhile, in Carolina......... yikes...... don't forget to place your Xmas cards in the mail to that organization.
