I’ve posted an article detailing how the deaths are counted. The same guys who committed those atrocities aren’t the ones counting the dead. The numbers aren’t just “made up”. What you fail to account for is we have very good reason to believe thousands of civilians are being killed, according to Israeli reporting, whether you think it’s just or not. There is not much reason for health officials to make up numbers if it’s already in the thousands. The trust of international human rights organizations when it comes to tallying official body count numbers is not something they will just discard. Maybe you should use some common sense here? On the other hand, removing focus away from the thousands of bodies piling up in Gaza as Israel continues its operation absolutely serves the interests of war propagandists.
