New York State AG Leticia James has filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump

I guess its OK to have trump attack the judges and their staff and intimidate witnesses as part of "free speech"...

 

The only one safe from Trump's attacks is the puppet master himself, Putin. Trump doesn't dare speak out against or turn on his master. There is no Democratic process, legal justice or due process when it comes to Putin's revenge against his loyalists turning on him. Nope. We've heard the "accidents" and "mysterious poisonings" happen too many times.

 

As soon as gag orders are lifted, trump spews out his rants attacking the court and justice system. The funny part... "guilty as hell". He already has been found guilty (this trial wasn't to find guilt). Also love the continued reliance on his "100% disclaimer clause" which apparently frees him to commit fraud.

 

But hey, no need for gag orders on trump...

Threats, and bullying are a feature of the American Right... not a bug. Trump and Republicans will just keep pushing and pushing while laughing about it behind closed doors unless our justice system grows a backbone.

This Judge needs to hit him where it hurts. Fine the crap out of him.

 

Screw a gag order. He makes a game of threatening, bullying, and inciting violence among his right wing violent nutjobs on his social media site. Just throw his sorry ass in jail.

What would you like done to reduce the hundreds of pages of death threats to court personnel carrying out their duty?

 

And send him to jail for contempt....let him sleep on a mat for a few days.

I think Trump wants that so he can propagate lies about his experience to feed his martyr/Jesus complex. The judges surely know this and are likely thinking about the politics and their place in history more than they should.

I think a lot about the Warren commission lately in how a figure as respected as the chief justice thought he was serving the greater good for the country by going outside of the normal processes and now how much more damaged his reputation is because of the questions it raised about his decisions after an event like the president being assassinated or in this case a president getting arrested after a coup attempt.

Learn the lessons of history… stop trying to control the narrative and just follow the law. The law is clear here imo that Trump is openly interfering with the judicial process to upend the rule of law and place himself above it.

In the civil case the judge should fine the crap out of him. In the federal and state cases the judges should openly tell him his bond will be revoked if he threatens one more witness and judge. Ensure that secret service cannot turn his jail cell into a 5 star resort too which is what’s likely to happen and Trump will lie that he had it worse than JC carrying the cross for miles.

 

The dude's out on bail in 4 different jurisdictions, and making a mockery of it all. I wish someone would just grow some balls and revoke his bail.
