Sorry, I did win - you weren't there. The judge had ruled, and said that even though we won, they had the right to their appeal and that could take another year or more - they offered a higher settlement amount at that time to avoid going to jail for contempt, and spending another 6 figures chasing a dying IP - so we took the offer, as the owner of the IPs name did not want to license to them in anyway, and that was going to lower sales even more. Never step into another man's situation like you know any ****ing thing about it.... DD

It's ok - try to make fun of 3 years of my life fighting for an IP I spent years making, and took massive risk - I hope some day - all of you get a chance to try something big, and have a crook try to steal it from you....but go ahead keep poking fun.
