Did you see how inefficient Sheangen was? We have a "center" who can throw up bricks like no other player in the entire NBA can do it.

Ime knows what to do with that bum if he reads this.

So you are blaming Jabari when Sheagun is not doing anything to make him better??? You would have to be blind not to see that Jabari can't carry that bum.

Udoka did not seem pleased with Jabari postgame, and Jabari did not seem pleased with himself.

Udoka mentioned something about "three guys standing around" while Alperen was isolated on Jokic. Feels like Jabari was sort of stuck in no man's land. Did not impact the game defending his own man, and did not come over from the weak side to help out on Jokic.

Double Bambi game from our young frontcourt, which is going to happen sometimes. It's also tough for bigs when you don't have a real PG out there dictating tempo and kicking you in the ass, which is sort of what Fred brings.

Completely agree. It's weird how he hates so much on Sengun.

Sengun is far from a bum. He ranks 3rd in assists behind Jokic & Embid and has less turnovers per game then either of them. He ranks 5th in PTS, and is 10th in FG% behind Jokic. He's 21, and continuing to improve. Just because you love Jalen isn't any reason to spew hate against Sengun. Grow up. It's childish.

I've never put anyone in this Rockets forum on ignore, but I just made him the first. He's annoying.

He will be my fourth. I use it for obvious Trolls and over the top racists. I’m not sure Hakeem94 and King1 are still on the forum, but my time on this forum, which is considerable, got a lot better.

Jabari's offensive game hinges on good passing and setup. He will always be a Robin to a Batman. He's an excellent player though and deserves to be one of the foundational pieces for a team. If he tries enough, he has the potential to be one of the best defensive player in the game. He can be a taller Pippen.

Some power lifting in the offseason is what the Doctor ordered. He needs to "embrace the physicality of the game," as Udoka mentioned. Once he does that, the Rockets are going to be scary.

This is what I've always said about him. He fits on literally any team.

You can slot this guy on any team and he's going to get major minutes. Who knows if he'll grow into an all-star player (I think he will, I mean if Draymond Green can be a multitime all-star so can Jabari) but I think right now today he's at the least a key role player on this team and he's only 20 so hopefully he can still get much better.

He shot the ball last year, people forgot his draft profile had him as an elite shooter. Would like to see the shot attempts go up gradually and continued aggression. Super high floor, undefined ceiling.

The sooner he puts on some muscle and gets accustomed to being a 4/5 in the NBA, the better. He's developing really normally for a kid who was drafted 18/19 years old.

If they develop him very very slowly, he'll still be a monster by the time he's 23 (his 3pt/ mid range jumper is more polished, his handles are sightly better and he's great at team defense). You'll have yourself a 6'11 Klay Thompson with a mid range jumper and 7ft wingspan. That's a max player.
