next season...remove UT and OU...but add in Arizona currently sitting at 2. If the rankings were exactly the same, the Big XII would have 4 schools in the Top 10 at 2, 5, 6, 9. That's wild.
Colorado was just at #18 last week also but dropped out of top 25 this week with a OT loss to Florida St.
We play this Friday at Xavier in Cincinnati, as part of the Big East-Big 12 challenge. Jacob McFarland is listed at 6"10", is a true freshman, and is pretty thin at 210. He supposedly is a good rim protector, and has a lot of untapped potential. I doubt he'll play this year, but they'll develop him more and try to bulk him up some.
Friday night against Xavier @5:30 on FS1. Looked at their roster. They have two 6'10" guys. One FR one SR. Must not be that good as one of their guards leads them in rebounds.
I would love to see sasser and cryer go at it in a 3 point contest. Both different types of shooters but snipers without a doubt Xavier just looks lost and confused lol
So far, Xavier looks like the ranked team. I joined in right before UH went on the scoring drought. They haven't looked that great. Go Coogs.
Missed the Coog's three point barrage at the first of the game, but since, they are taking some really wild shots, like just chucking up junk. Samson is about to stroke out. Hope they play under more control in the second.
Getting outrebounded 25-17. Have not seen that so far this year. Getting beat on transition points. All bigs have 2 fouls. Going to be a battle in the 2nd half.
