Everytime I go to SA/NB/SM from Austin, I laugh at the sign right at the county line (Hays maybe?) that advertises $20 helicopter rides. F that. That doesn’t even cover fuel lol. I’m not trusting no $20 helicopter taxi.

 

Only thing wrong with that video is the lack of Ride of the Valkyries as the background music

WFH was a large part of the calculus moving up here. RTO orders have added a solid 4 hours, 150 miles to the weekly ledger. It's draining my spirit and my bank account.

I was doing so poorly with the hybrid schedule that he promoted me. :shrug:

I've been applying again. I really like my job, especially my office-mates but I think I'm selling myself a little too short.

 

I'm waiting for the ev helicopters. Gas is too expensive.
