That is sickening. It would appear that Palestinian militants in the West Bank, who are fighting against what is widely (and rightly) considered an illegal military occupation by Israel, summarily executed these men for being IDF informants. Then their bodies were somehow released to a frenzied mob to be publicly mutilated. If you militarily occupy and brutalize a population for decades, don’t expect all of them to be civilized. Scenes like this shouldn’t serve as justification for that treatment.
1) not "rightly" 2) the alleged (not real) "occupation" is not the cause of the brutality, see: Taliban, ISIS, Al-Shabab, Abu Sayaf, Hezbollah, Charlie Hebdo, etc. etc. etc. You are confusing cause and effect.
