He's THE key offseason addition. I didn't expect us to be this good this early. We are clamping down on defense and are in games until the end. With a little bit of luck We would easily be 10-4 right now. No one expected that before the season.

In the 4th quarter he brought in Sengun very early because he sensed that they were gaining momentum. He can make mid game adjustments, he has counters, he has moves. Silas cost us many games by being passive. You knew exactly when Sengun or Jalen was gonna check in because it was fixed he would never change it.
Ime has actually made me do a complete 180 on how much coaching matters. I was in the "coaching doesn't really make much of a difference" camp for most of my bball watching life, but this is just ridiculous. I think it's more pronounced because we are such a young team. Silas was really THAT bad, and Ime is also THAT good. Because the gap is enormous, like, I don't even recognize these guys from last year.
