Except they haven't been convicted of murder - at least not all of them. There are over 6,000 Palestinians that are being held by Israel that have never been charged with anything - and that includes a number of women and children. There seems to be this idea on social media that you can just say something and it makes it true. We have seen both Palestine and Israel do it during the conflict.
I don't doubt at all that the doctors and nurses in Gaza are very scared of being killed by Hamas. There are a lot of Palestinians that are sympathetic to the cause of ending the control of Israel in the occupied territories, that also do not like Hamas.

Who is doubting that Hamas used the hospitals? I am sure there are some idiots that are - but I have personally heard little of people doubting that Hamas used it as cover - Hamas has even said that they are not really worried about civilians, that the UN and peace groups are responsible for protecting the Palestinians. I am not really active on far left wing social media (it pisses me off), so maybe I am missing something.
