If it was a one score game or worse, they probably do go for it. Game score dictated that more than actual reality or how makeable the 4th down was.
His entire career suggests that he's not a guy that can make 40+ yard FG's with ANY consistency, he's better than the 3rd string RB, but not THAT much better.
At 21-10 with Amendola being perfect thus far, sure… but unlikely to happen again if the same yardage and 4th down to go presents itself.
