You are better than this, making fun of domestic violence. You don't know what happened in NY - but 2 people do, and they dispute the report by the police which was based upon what they THOUGHT might have happened. KPJ got charged based upon an assumption that is not how the system is supposed to work, and for many black men, it doesn't. I know you think you are being funny, but I believe in that for everyone - that is how our country was founded. The getting in a fight with a girl fighting his sister was in Cleveland and the witness ended up being not credible, thus charges dropped. That is literally what charges are. Police and the DA examine the evidence and make assumptions based on the evidence they gather. Hell you can actually be convicted and sentenced based on assumptions as well. Everything isn't caught on camera to provide definitive proof. This isn't about assumptions though. What Kysre said that the DA flat out made things up. "Fabricated" is one of the words she used. She is accusing them of some pretty serious corruption. Why is she being so verbose about her "truth" and her "healing process" and not having official interviews when all she had to say the whole time was this is ridiculous, he didn't touch me, I fell....A simple misunderstanding like falling out of bed does not require all of this. This would be pretty easy to clear up.

From a pure a optics perspective, what motivation did the DAs office have to lie about what they stated to the court and also fabricate stuff? I get that DAs / Officers have made up **** in the past, so understand anyone questioning their credibility, however, in a case like this what's the purpose of risking a lawsuit. If what Kysre stated is true, this would open them up to a substantial lawsuit from KPJ due to potential loss of earnings. Don't you think they would thread more carefully in such a delicate case? I have a hard time believing that Kysre is telling us the whole truth. Her using the word "hearsay" also screams that this **** was put together by her lawyers. No one uses hearsay in casual conversation.
The DA indeed have made a mistake with the fractured vertebrae but I am confident that they corrected it after 3 days......

Fractured vertebrae was definitely a mistake. I really do wonder if they just took some officers word of mouth on that? I would assume they would have talked to her doctors first, no? The strangulation charge is still there, just was reduced?
