I believe that Gen Z is relatively more pro-Palestinian and as a result anti-Zionist not because they being programmed by TikTok or Instagram, but because they were babies when 9/11 happened so they are missing that anti-Arab/anti-Muslim thread. But they were old enough to see and start to understand the horrors from the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. So when you have a terrible terrorist act followed by what looks like indiscriminate retaliation to a casual observer, they are not going to support the retaliation because they saw it in Iraq and Afghanistan already.
