    Need Dallas and Denver to lose.

    Edit - i guess bc of point diff we are technically 2nd in the group to Denver.

    Not on the finals day.

    The final 4 games are played on Dec 7.

    The losers (teams not in semifinals) play a full slate of boring regular games Friday Dec 8

    The finals in LV - is the lone game scheduled, for Saturday Dec 9

    Sunday Dec 10 - no games scheduled

    It's basically a mini all star break - the losers have the weekend off to reflect on their failures and the indisputable greatness of the winners

    Except they do not, they might not be led by Udoka but teams have practices and film sessions, I do not think they get more than 1 day off normally.

    • I think Udoka gave only 1 day off so far. There is a lot more going on than just Game Time.
    • Prepare for upcoming Christmas and New Year Games.....national TV....
    • Just like certain normal peons start preparing for Christmas 2-3 Weeks before it.

    I say without fear of contradiction that no loser team will be "too busy practicing" to watch the finals at 8:30 on Saturday night and that any player or coach who says that is quite obviously projecting their own inadequacy in ways that will be a horrible romantic partner and bad parent.
