The states considering 2024 abortion ballot initiatives (swing states in bold):
    Arizona
    Colorado
    Florida
    Iowa
    Maryland
    Missouri
    Nebraska
    Nevada
    New York
    Pennsylvania
    South Dakota
    Washington

Not mentioned, but IIRC Virginia without the governor's approval can put an abortion initiative onto the 2024 ballot.

2024 abortion ballot initiatives may lock the swing states blue and might even turn a red state blue.

Whether you believes or not, the R political consultants will.

Whoever Trump picks as VP will likely scare the Ds shitless and cause them to seriously think twice about impeaching Trump.

    MTG is the obvious choice.

Hopefully it never comes to the point that Trump is ever President again anyway. Criminals like him belong behind bars, not running countries.

Mixed feelings - will probably be replaced by a MAGA which will make future legislation more difficult (for either party, but particularly Dems). On the other hand, dude consistently mucked things up and undermined his own party.

Agreed. Folks in WV will elect a trump maga who will only make things worse for their state and for the country. And likely lead to republicans taking over the senate. While its possible Democrats will switch a red state it is probably more likely that Democrats focus on retaking the House.

It's in the press secretarys job description to lie. One or two steps below a CIA shill.

Trump owning it ... Perhaps the Ds will be less pathetic in messaging for the 2024 elections.

Looking at the speaker list it's a regular who’s who of crackpots and far right extremists.

I chalk this up to , "nothing has changed for the gop"...............they spend their time tweeting and coming up with bills to impeach or censure and to vote to reduce peoples salary to $1, we are so close to a shutdown yet they go home early............yup, sounds like the gop hasn't missed a beat, not sure why they felt the need to even have a speaker as they don't do anything anyways
