New York State AG Leticia James has filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump

I don't know who will win 2024. I do know that Trump has never ever gotten more votes than his opponent. He didn't in 2016, and he didn't in 2020.

Asked about whether he was involved in the 2021 valuations of his properties, Trump defended himself by telling prosecutor Kevin Wallace, "I was so busy in the White House. My threshold was China, Russia, and keeping our country safe."

Wallace followed up by asking, "Just to clarify, you weren't president in 2021, correct?" to which Trump replied, "No, I wasn't."

 

If you can’t sit on the stand for an hour and act like an adult you shouldn’t be trusted to ask someone if they’d like fries with that.

I totally get that, I can't begin to take seriously anyone that would defend trump and what he has done and what he would do if elected again. I am not one to dismiss polls, but it's still very early and as much as "voters" scare me, I think they will make the right choice and choose Country over extremism, but that's what makes this a great country, we get to decide..............if your guy wins, I have a feeling we will see a shakeup of democracy, the gop has already proven they simply want the power, there not in it to make America better.

 

We need to remember that Trump
Has already lost this case. Legally it’s already established that the Trump family committed fraud. This is just to determine the penalty.

Trump’s antics aren’t just because he’s a 77 year old child with no sense of decorum or

He's not on trial for any of that.

Most of the charges has been related to fraud, mishandling state secrets, attempting to steal an election and leading an insurrection.

The last one is a big hurdle to prove beyond reasonable doubt, but there are already states filing lawsuits to get him off the ballot.
