New York State AG Leticia James has filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump

Its not a movie lol.... You don't just get the judge angry and then claim mistrial...

And what additional penalty would you be happy with?

 

Another perfect example... the judge has already ruled against this and yet trump raises it again. Has he lost his mind?

 

trump is just a pathologically liar... and his maga supporters simply suck it up...

 

Its not a decision I need to make. Whatever the judge decides. Seems that the amount of fraud would call for the corporate death penalty, but again, I am not a lawyer nor judge.

That said, trump's behavior in the court and outside the court seems to also merit penalty. What would any other person in a trial get as a punishment for trump's behavior? Additional fines? Jail time? Both?

One problem with the trial itself not being broadcast... trump and his defense may do or say something in the courtroom, then come outside the courtroom and completely lie about what happened.

I know he is going to lie; you know he is going to lie and half of America KNOWS he is going to lie.................and yet I am still shocked that this man was Prez and is the front runner for the gop, he doesn't even try and hide it anymore, he is in a court room and him and his lawyer come out and simply lie about what happened..............this is bizzaro world to me. In the grand scheme of politics this doesn't move the needle to his base and since the citizens should be able to see these trials the next one should be televised so we dont get this lie after lie of detail from his so-called lawyers

 

I would never make light of someone's uncontrolled sputter butt, not even for this two-bit criminal.

 

I mean, it's a good point. But, honestly, even if the trials are televised, Trump's team will still come out and completely lie about what happened. The MAGA won't watch hours of boring court procedure. They'll take their bullet points from the Trump presser.
